At Sport Dogs Complex, we prioritize the well-being and comfort of every dog in our care. That’s why we let you tailor the type of stay best suited for your pup. You’ll see options for the type of lodging to activities that you think they’ll enjoy. Rest easy knowing that your beloved pet will receive care and attention during their stay with us.
During their stay with us, all residents will be provided with the following standard care:
Feeding As Directed by you: Instructions added by you, in your portal, print out for our staff to follow
6 Outings in the large yard for Potty Breaks: Before & After Breakfast, Noon break, Before & After Dinner, Between 7-10pm
Medications Given as Directed: Instructions added by you, in your portal, print out for our staff to follow
Relaxing Music Playing: To create a soothing environment, we have relaxing music playing throughout the facility. This helps keep the dogs calm and at ease during their time with us.
For pups seeking a vacation experience, we offer the following
Daily Add-On Activities
While standard daily outings are included for every guest, we leave the extra activities up to you. Whether your dog wants to burn off energy playing, swimming and walking or simply enjoy a quiet afternoon resting, you are in control. Choose what makes your dog the most comfortable while they stay with us. These options are in the services tab of your portal.
Individual Walks & Play Times: $15 per day Each Day (20 minutes after breakfast & again before dinner Mon-Fri. Sat-Sun 20 minutes Am only. Your portal gives you many choices to add options of every day to one specific day.
Daycare Plays: $15 per day 1 hour of group play AM & PM Mon-Fri. Sat-Sun 30 minutes AM play. This option is in services tab or your portal. 1st visit must have $30 evaluation added from the service tab. If your pup is not a good fit for group play while boarding with us, we will change their activity to individual play times at no change is cost. Group play pups are required to have an annual Stool Sample test for parasites included in the vaccine requirements. Male dogs must be neutered. Weight maximum is under $100. Few spots for larger pups are full.
Private Pool Swim: $25 per swim 30 Minute swim in our indoor or outside dock pool Mon-Sunday. Life jackets available upon request. This is for experienced swimmers. New swimmers are encouraged to schedule a swim lesson day. Swim lessons are in the services tab under Day-Stay-Swim Lesson.
Daycare Group Swim: $10 per swim 30 minute swim with other daycare pups Mon-Sun
Grooming : Before your furry friend returns home, treat them to a bath or a full groom. They'll leave feeling fresh, clean, and looking their best. Schedule the perfect groom with through your booking portal or give us a call to discuss the details and we will schedule this for you. See our Grooming page on this website for more options beyond the boarding stay.
Obedience Training : $30 per day
Training Program Details
Training sessions are available Monday through Friday (no weekend training). You have the flexibility to select your preferred days directly within your services portal.
Customized Goals: Upon drop-off at Sport Dogs Complex, simply fill out our training style form and chat with us about the specific goals you have for your dog.
Daily Sessions: During their stay, your pup will receive two focused 30-minute training sessions designed to either build foundational obedience or refine their existing manners.
Advanced Needs: Please note that behavior modification may require the specialized expertise of a master trainer and must be scheduled accordingly in advance. Mid-Day Morsels Menu 🐾

Booking a stay at Sport Dogs Complex is quick and easy through our New & Existing tab on our home site or through the downloaded gingr app listed on our home page.

1.Access the Portal: New users will need to create an account.
Log in to our Customer Portal using your email address. If this is your first time visiting us, select Sign Up to create your profile and add your dog's information.
2.Start a New Reservation:
From your main dashboard, navigate to the Book Now or Reservations tab and select the dog (or dogs) you are booking for.
3.Select Service & Dates:
Choose your desired service—such as Boarding or Daycare—from the drop-down menu, then select your preferred drop-off and pick-up dates and times.
4.Customize Your Dog's Stay: Optional.
Make their visit extra special! Here, you can select premium add-ons like our Mid-Day Morsels, extra training sessions, or a departure bath.
5.Review & Submit:
Double-check your dates and ensure your dog's vaccination records are up to date in the system. Add any special notes for our staff, then click Submit Request.
Note: Your reservation is pending until reviewed by our team. You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is officially approved! You will receive a phone call if your selection day or time are unavailable.
